Introduction, definitions and operator
These terms govern the Healthy+ website and app (the “service”), operated by Eden Weiss / System for Success (סיסטם להצלחה; the “operator”). For service, privacy inquiries or complaints: info@edenweiss.co.il.
A “user” is an individual using the service for personal purposes; “user data” means records, images and information you enter or choose to import; “external services” are providers’ services connected at your choice. These terms and the privacy policy apply together, subject to law. Read them before use; if you disagree, do not use the service. Acceptance is not blanket consent to process health data or activate optional features. These terms apply to users of all genders.
Age and consent
The service is for people aged 16 and over and is not intended for children under 16. Users aged 16–17 must obtain parental or guardian consent for an agreement or purchase where required by law. Do not misstate your age or use payment details without authorization.
AI recognition using Google Gemini is intended for adults aged 18 and over, subject to the provider’s terms; parental consent does not override this restriction. Eligibility for the service does not establish eligibility for every external feature.
Scope of the service and feature availability
The app helps you record food, water, workouts, sleep, steps, body measurements and preferences. Depending on the features you enable, you can also manage dishes and menus, progress photos and a cycle journal. Your main records are stored on your device. There are no accounts or journal syncing to our server. You can connect Apple Health on iPhone. Community and Health Connect are coming soon.
Optional encrypted syncing between devices is planned and is not currently active. Storage, encryption, providers and deletion arrangements will be disclosed before activation, with separate consent. A feature marked “coming soon” has no promised launch date and is not included in a purchase unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise.
Health-related limitations
The app is intended to help you track and understand your habits. It is not a substitute for medical advice; consult a professional before making a medical decision.
Calorie, protein and water goals, workout suggestions, image analysis and product data may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not necessarily adapted to a medical condition, pregnancy, breastfeeding or special needs. Do not change treatment or ignore a symptom because of information in the app. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
Allergen alerts do not certify that a food is safe. Check the packaging and manufacturer’s information, including cross-contamination warnings. Image recognition cannot guarantee identification of every ingredient. Food data may vary between products, servings and sources.
Comparison with red-label thresholds is an estimate based on the recorded data. It is not a legal determination of labeling obligations and does not check every exemption. Give priority to the current label on the packaging.
A cycle prediction is an estimate based on previous records. It is not a pregnancy test, contraception, reliable ovulation detection or a diagnostic tool. Do not rely on it to prevent pregnancy or make a medical decision.
Healthy+ is a personal health journal and tracking aid. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or personalized medical advice. AI output, reminders and summaries are not medical instructions.
Smart recognition and information sources
Text or image food recognition uses the operator’s Cloudflare Worker and Google Gemini. Submitting text for recognition sends the entire text for processing, even if some of it is recognized by the local library. Results are shown for review before saving. Check the food name, amount and nutritional values, and correct any errors.
Other sources include a local food database, Open Food Facts for barcode details and Open-Meteo for weather. Dictation uses your device’s speech recognition service. External services may change or become unavailable; manual logging and local features may continue to work even when a particular service is unavailable.
Details about information transfers, permissions, backups and deletion appear in the privacy policy. Acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for specific consent to transfer sensitive information.
Recognition is optional and requires separate, explicit consent before content leaves your device. You may decline and enter records manually. Withdrawing consent stops future processing based on it; it does not retrospectively erase a transfer already made lawfully.
Connecting Apple Health or, when available, Health Connect requires permission for your selected data types and actions. You can revoke permissions in device settings; this does not delete copies already created. Information imported from health services is used for your selected health features, not advertising or sale.
A link to YouTube or another service opens an external service governed by its own terms. A link is not a medical recommendation.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully, enter information you have permission to use, and avoid unnecessarily uploading other people’s personal information. Do not try to bypass usage limits, overload the processing service, access information that is not yours or compromise the service’s security. You can report a security issue to info@edenweiss.co.il; there is no need to include real health data as a demonstration.
Your data and backups
You retain your rights to the content you enter. Processing needed to display your content and perform actions you choose is subject to the privacy policy and required consent. This section does not authorize the use of health data for advertising or model training.
You can export a JSON backup and optionally include progress photos. CSV export is a partial report. You can export a password-encrypted backup. Copies may also exist in operating-system backups. Sharing a file creates a copy with the recipient that the app cannot delete on your behalf.
Before a restore, a confirmation is shown and the app saves a safety copy. Restoring may replace records, retain types of data absent from an older backup and merge photos. “Start over” keeps health records and resets settings. “Delete all data” is a separate action. Recovery after losing your device or deleting available copies is not guaranteed, and deletion of copies held by others cannot be guaranteed.
Subscriptions, trial, renewal and cancellation
Alongside free use, expanded features may be offered by subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to availability. Before purchase confirmation, the price and currency, billing period, included features, renewal and cancellation terms and first charge date will be displayed. The price and terms you approve in the store govern the purchase, subject to statutory rights.
Eligible users are offered a 3-day trial according to the offer displayed in the store. Unless canceled on time, the trial converts to a paid subscription, which renews automatically at the displayed price and billing interval. Trial eligibility is not guaranteed for every user or repeat purchase.
Manage or cancel through the store account used to purchase: Apple account settings → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. For an Apple-billed trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal; for Google Play, cancel before the trial ends according to the deadline displayed in the store. Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Canceling renewal does not delete your journal; continued access after cancellation depends on store terms and applicable law. Request refunds through the relevant store or contact us for assistance. These terms do not impose a blanket refusal of refunds or waive cancellation, reimbursement or other remedies under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, or other mandatory law.
Price or subscription changes follow store rules and law, with notice and consent where required; changes do not create retroactive charges. The store handles full payment-card details; we do not receive them through the purchase.
Availability, liability and rights
We will work to address issues brought to our attention, but uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of every data point or suitability for every personal situation is not guaranteed. Operating-system, sensor, network and provider limitations may affect results. Nothing here exempts the operator from a duty that cannot be waived by law or from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property and license
Rights in the software, design and original content belong to their owners. Third-party data is subject to its licenses and required attribution. These terms do not give the operator ownership of user content.
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited personal license to use the service for its intended purposes. A subscription does not transfer ownership of the software. Do not copy or distribute the software, resell access or reverse engineer it except with permission or as permitted by law. User data remains yours; the operator’s permission is limited to actions needed to provide your requested service under the privacy policy.
Ending use, service changes and suspension
You may stop using the service, export data or delete it at any time through the options described in the privacy policy. Cancel store subscriptions separately. The operator may restrict access to an online service for a material breach, misuse, security risk or legal requirement, proportionately and for as long as necessary.
Where possible, notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach will precede a restriction; immediate action may be taken for an urgent risk or legal obligation. Reasonable advance notice of a material change or planned discontinuation will be provided, with an opportunity to export where possible. Rights concerning paid but undelivered service remain protected by law. This clause does not authorize remote deletion of your local journal.
Governing law, disputes and general provisions
Israeli law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections or privacy rights in your country of residence where applicable. Jurisdiction is determined by law; these terms do not waive access to a competent regulator or court.
You may contact us first to resolve a concern, but this is not a precondition limiting legal remedies. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue where possible. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. The Hebrew, English and Russian versions are intended to express the same terms; a translation discrepancy does not diminish mandatory rights or representations made to a consumer.
Updates and contact
Changes will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes will receive appropriate advance notice on the website or in the app, with renewed consent where required. Use after an update does not replace explicit consent to process sensitive data or retrospectively change a completed purchase.
